How can I get a quote?
Visit our signup flow to book a cleaning,and as you provide information about your house and schedule, the quote will dynamically adjust.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
No, we only charge you based on the amount of the time our cleanersspent working at your home. If they finish earlier than scheduled, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Does anyone visit before quoting?
No. You can easily make your booking online or call us. Our sales team are experienced and well trained in data gathering over thephone. Just ensure you supply the accurate information on our website or when you are talking with one of our sales team.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default,but you can request it for an extra charge. You can easily do this on your dashboard when you register on our site or inform our sales team on the phone.
What if I have complaints about my cleaning?
Please call us within 24 hours,and we’ll make arrangement to rectify it. We guarantee 100% satisfaction.
How much notice is required?
We always want to avoid disappointment, so we ask for as much as possible notice. Please note that there are busy periods throughout the year, but we will try to hold your required date for up to 24 hours. If payment is not receivedwithin 24 hours, your booking will be released.
What time will you arrive?
Our team will arrive no earlier than 09:00 and no later than 18:00. But you will receive a call an hour earlier before the arrival of our team. You don’t need to be present during the cleaning but must be present on our team’s arrival and after completion. This can be organized between you and the team assigned to clean your home.
Do the team require parking?
We equipped all our teams with vans, so they will need to park close to the property as much as possible. Please let us know if there are parking restrictions on the property and ensure you make suitable arrangementsbefore our team’s arrival.
How much does your service cost?
We tailor each quote to your business or home and how you use it, so no quote will be the same.

What do you clean?
Cleaning company teams clean residential, industrial and commercial premises. You can book one-time or regular cleans, just talk to our sales team about your needs.
Do you cover my area?
We cover the all of New York and all of Georgia.
What training have you given to your cleaners?
We have thoroughly trained each team member in:

How many are on the team that will come to clean my home?
Usually,we send one cleaner but may betwo or more based on the work. The man-hours will be divided between the cleaners sent to your home.
